Your appointment is very important to me. I take great care to ensure scheduling is handled efficiently so everyone receives the service and professionalism they deserve.

Intake Form
First-time clients must complete an initial intake form (HIPAA compliant) before arrival.

Cancellations
I understand that sometimes situations arise that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. This helps me protect the time of other clients and my own. It ensures that I can continue to deliver upon my promise of exceptional service and undivided attention to each client I serve. 

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.


Missed Appointment/No Show
Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the service price. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future services.

Late Arrivals
I understand that you may be juggling many demands, so I allow a grace period of 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I may need to reschedule it to accommodate your service(s). 

If I do not hear from you midway through your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be considered a “no-show,” and you will be charged 100% of the service total.


Deposits
I do not require a deposit to schedule an appointment.

Gift Cards
The redemption value of gift cards that you purchase never expires. The redemption value of promotional gift cards may expire, subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion.

During Your Service
If conversation helps you relax, feel free to talk during your massage. I will not initiate conversation, as talking stimulates most people’s nervous systems. Please refrain from discussing politics, regardless of party affiliation. Please silence your electronic devices. Your service will begin and end promptly on time, barring unforeseen circumstances.

Draping Policy
After our consultation, I will step outside the treatment room. During that time, please feel at ease fully disrobing for your service, getting on the table per instruction, and covering with the sheet and blanket. At no time during our time together will you be inappropriately exposed.

Payment
I accept US cash, major credit/debit cards, and Venmo.

Service Charge
A service charge of $5 is automatically added to your total at checkout. This charge covers behind-the-scenes operations that assure a clean, safe, and orderly experience.

The service charge will be waived if you do any of the following:

● Post a selfie on your social media
● Book your next appointment at checkout

Gratuity
If I elevated your day or brought you joy, please add gratuity. Gratuity is greatly appreciated, but it is at your discretion and never mandatory.

Agreement
By booking an appointment with me, you acknowledge that you have read and understand my policies and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above.
